Additional Charges: Travel cost for mileage beyond 15 miles of Junction 15 M6 will be charged ar 50 pence per mile.

Deposits : Once we have the green light from a initial job survey to carry out works, we will contact you to collect a 25% deposit to secure the shoot date (weather permitting) and continue our end with the flight planning and risk assessments, as well as gathering relevant permissions from the authorities if necessary.

The British weather has the overriding say on deployment, we will keep a close eye on this on the days approaching the planned shoot, and we will contact you 24 hours prior to confirm our attendance, if we feel the weather is not suitable we will reschedule with yourselves at no additional cost, and the deposit will be transferred to the new job. If the job cannot be rescheduled the deposit will be surrendered to cover our administrative costs. If you would like us to attend on the 'off chance' of a break in the weather, we can oblige, and fly if conditions to change (it is the Pilots final decision as to whether it is safe to fly). If we attend and cannot fly the day will be charged at the full rate, but we will offer a 20% discount on the next booking if you would like to reschedule.

Use of imagery: Aerial out of the Blue retains the copyright of all of our content and we reserve the right to use this imagery for our own promotional purposes and to add the footage to stock sites at a later date, unless a prior agreement is made.

VAT: ​We are not VAT registered as a small business we have a small turnover and selective as to the jobs we take on. The Price we quote is the price you pay.

Promotions: We will from time to time run promotions, we reserve the right to end these without notice. These promotions are not transferable to past projects and hold no cash value.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancelation by customers prior to deployment day, any deposits will be lost to cover pre deployment administration. Flight plans, site survey and risk assessments.
