We have a number of packages and prices listed below A to D are for Visual roof observational video surveys, package E is for an Aerial Photograph of domestic dwellings. You can choose to add additional still images, orbits (drone circles the subject), or birds eye view images to any of the packages to make best use of our operational fly time.
Our prices are listed below to be transparent. If you can’t see an obvious choice from our packages, or need a corporate option or repeat site visits we will work with you to help deliver something for you. Hassle free options without pressure, we want you to get the best from our time. The only flex we may need is around the weather and permissions in restricted airspace.
Once our recording is completed on site we will process the video or photos and send these to you digitally. You will own the full rights to that image or footage to do with as you wish. Payment is strictly in advance of deployment or site attendance.

Our Services
Aerial photography and video
For Clients would like an aerial photo or video of their home. We can provide photographs as digital files in Jpeg and RAW format so you can arrange your own printing and frame to your taste. We can also provide an aerial video of your property to help capture moments in time or to assist in property sales, produced as a MP4 file.
Site attendance Prices assume North Staffordshire Stoke on Trent area. - £80
Aerial Still Photos – by agreement, digital files (jpeg / raw) of Still photos from £8.00 each in addition to above survey costings. So you could have your own nice aerial photo produced from our image. Package E covers this service purchase option and give the choice of adding further still images or..

Domestic rooftop visual survey
For domestic dwellings we provide external drone videography and external drone photography focused on your roof surface, adjoining structure, chimney and pointing to help you understand any maintenance requirements. Ideal following Storms or to assist in any sale. You can forward the footage to contractors or insurance providers to help promptly resolve
Site attendance Prices assume North Staffordshire Stoke on Trent area. - £80
Small Terraced Package A - Roof survey includes, gutters fouling, ridge tiles observation, chimney structure observation, chimney pots and capping's observation, antenna fixing observation. Prices starting at £180 including site attendance.
Typical 3 Bed Semi Detached / Larger Terraced Package B - roof survey includes, gutters, ridge tiles, chimney structure, chimney pots and capping’s, antenna fixing. Prices starting at £200 including site attendance.
Detached house Small Package C - roof survey includes, gutters, ridge tiles, chimney structure observation, chimney pots observation and capping’s observation, antenna fixing observation. = £220 including site attendance.
Large Detached House Package D (Typically 4 to 6 bedrooms plus) - roof survey includes, gutters fouling observation, ridge tiles observation, chimney structure observation, chimney pots observation and capping’s observation, antenna fixing observation. Prices starting from £240 including site attendance.
Additional options below are available whist in attendance (to be discussed before drone deployment)

Chronographic video updates and estate agent marketing images.
For developers and project managers we offer a project aerial video updates which allow those remote developers to have an eye on progress and head off any unforeseen issues as projects develop. This may also assist in management of inventory on site from an audit point of view. A handy service to help developers keep clients appraised in regards to progress.
For estate agents, we offer aerial images to best show your clients property and land along with any surroundings you may wish to include.
